The end of a year,
Signifies the beginning of another journey,
The sound of a previous door closing in the far distance,
Is greeted by the view of a new one ahead,
What lies behind the new door,
Who knows,
More challenges to face, tears to shead, laughter to share,
Who knows?

Whatever it holds,
I hope i am ready,
A new adventure!...hopefully,
No more sad dramas, i had my fair share already,
And yet,
What would we be, if we didn't have emotions,
What would we have learnt, if we didn't experience it ourselves,
But why does it all have to be so painful sometimes?
