Realise that i have not sweat a drop since the day i first came here. Weirdly, felt like doing some exercise on impulse. Felt like my body was getting too 'comfortable'. Mind too relax.
So ya, that's what i did.
Music full blast, did some exercise(umm..i think) in my room.
Basically, i did some sit ups and running for 20minutes. How idiotic i must look, running in my room. Perhaps when i am a little fitter(and if the British weather permits it), i might run outside.
Anyway, that tiny weeny excuse of an exercise left me with aching leg muscles and an over exited heart.
I finally realise how unfit i am! The last time i did any exercise was like...i don't even remember when!
I even had trouble doing the sit ups.
Emm, i always thought that being thin is the epitome of good health. I admit that i am thin, but definately NOT fit.
But at the end of my little impromptu exercise, i felt good! Refresh, awake, could feel the heart thumping away, the rush of blood to the head. I could think better.
Exhilirating..The last time i felt like this was after my rock climbing(sucked at it) attempt.
So i think that i might actually keep this up. Perhaps sneak into the university gym..

ok la...ur right..THIS time :p Maybe becuz i have not been eating much(food here is too exoensive!). could actually feel my ribs..yikes. Have to eat more
